Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.reviva.com.tr and to all tours, activities and services booked with REVIVA Turizm Sağlık Danışmanlık Proje Eğitim A.Ş. ("Reviva", "we", "us"). By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us (by e-mail, WhatsApp or through our booking system) and, where required, payment has been received. Please check the date, time, meeting point and number of participants in your confirmation and inform us immediately of any error.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per person or per group as stated on the tour page and include the services described there; anything not listed is not included. Online card payments are processed securely by licensed third-party payment providers; Reviva never sees or stores your full card details. Prices may be displayed in EUR or TRY; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations by you are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancellations made 7 days or more before the service receive a full refund, 3–6 days before a 50% refund, and less than 72 hours before no refund. Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g. Viator) are subject to the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking.

We may change or cancel a tour if it becomes unsafe or impossible to operate (for example due to weather, official decisions or minimum participant numbers). In that case we will offer an alternative date or service, or a full refund.

5. Your responsibilities

Please arrive at the meeting point on time, follow the guide’s safety instructions and inform us in advance of any health condition, mobility limitation or dietary requirement relevant to the activity. For bike tours, participants must be able to ride a bicycle confidently; helmets are provided and must be worn. We may refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, without refund.

6. Insurance and liability

Participants in our guided tours are covered by personal accident insurance arranged by Reviva for the duration of the tour. We recommend that you also hold your own travel insurance. Reviva is not liable for loss of personal belongings or for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), to the extent permitted by law.

7. Website content

All texts, photographs and other content on this website belong to Reviva or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Information on the website is provided in good faith and may be updated without notice.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and the EU GDPR where applicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade; otherwise the courts of Istanbul are competent.
