This Privacy Policy explains how REVIVA Turizm Sağlık Danışmanlık Proje Eğitim A.Ş. ("Reviva", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit www.reviva.com.tr, contact us or book our tours and services. We process personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Payment data: amount, date and transaction reference (card details are processed only by our payment providers)

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare offers

• To confirm, operate and manage your booking, including sharing necessary details with guides, drivers, boat operators and restaurants

• To process payments and refunds and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

• To improve our website and services; marketing messages are sent only with your consent

Legal bases: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and your consent where required.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers in line with PCI-DSS standards. Reviva does not see or store your full card details.

5. Sharing your data

We share personal data only as needed to deliver your booking or meet legal requirements: with service suppliers (guides, transport, boat and restaurant partners), booking and distribution platforms (e.g. Bókun, Viator), payment providers, IT and hosting providers, and public authorities where required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye; in such cases we rely on the safeguards required by KVKK and the GDPR.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, accounting records), and we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability (GDPR), and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, if you are in the EEA/UK, with your local data protection authority.
