Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to tours, activities and events booked directly with REVIVA Turizm Sağlık Danışmanlık Proje Eğitim A.Ş. ("Reviva") through our website, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

1. Tours and organised events

• Cancellation 7 days or more before the service date: full refund

• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the service date: 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the service, or no-show: no refund

• Cancellations due to documented illness or force majeure are reviewed individually

2. Health tourism and tailor-made services

For health tourism programmes and tailor-made services, refunds after planning, booking or medical appointments have started depend on the terms of your individual agreement. Each request is reviewed within 7 business days.

3. Date changes

Date changes can be requested at least 72 hours before the service and are free of charge subject to availability. If no suitable alternative is available, the original cancellation terms apply.

4. Cancellation by Reviva

If we have to cancel a tour (for example due to weather, safety reasons, official decisions or insufficient participants), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Bookings through third-party platforms

Bookings made through platforms such as Viator are subject to the cancellation policy displayed on that platform at the time of booking, and refunds are processed by that platform.
